If you made a purchase on iOS:


  1. Create new ticket (support.rivalregions.com/support/tickets/new).
  2. Tell us your Nickname/ID/link on your profile in the game (link looks like this: http://rivalregions.com/#slide/profile/2000490117, where 2000490117 is a unique ID of the player).
  3. Attach screenshot of the mail you received from Apple, where ID of the purchase is shown.
  4. After you've created a ticket and got its number (see screenshot below), forward mail itself (from step 3) to wm@rivalregions.com, in email subject write the number of your ticket.


If you made a purchase on Android:


  1. Create new ticket (support.rivalregions.com/support/tickets/new).
  2. Tell us your Nickname/ID/link on your profile in the game (link looks like this: http://rivalregions.com/#slide/profile/2000490117, where 2000490117 is a unique ID of the player).
  3. Attach screenshot of the mail you received from Google Play, where ID of the purchase is shown.
  4. After you've created a ticket and got its number (see screenshot below), forward mail itself (from step 3) to wm@rivalregions.com, in email subject write the number of your ticket.


If you made a purchase on the Web (http://rivalregions.com/) version of the game:


  1. Create new ticket (support.rivalregions.com/support/tickets/new).
  2. Tell us your Nickname/ID/link on your profile in the game (link looks like this: http://rivalregions.com/#slide/profile/2000490117, where 2000490117 is a unique ID of the player).
  3. Let us know date and time of the purchase. If you paid using PayPal, we also need email of your PayPal account.
