1. Try logging out of your profile, relaunching RR and clicking on “Profile” → “Buy Gold” → “Recheck payments”, wait 24 hours after that, if it doesn't help, see step 2.

2. Create new ticket (http://support.rivalregions.com/support/tickets/new)

3. Attach to the ticket screenshots of the mail (receipt) you received from Apple (number / ID of the purchase have to be visible), and forward it (mail itself) to wm@rivalregions.com), also don't forget letting us know your username in the game / link on your profile in the game.



Android:
