Android app (Google Play purchase):


In order to check your payment we need your GPA id from Google. Not your banking transaction info. This id will be send to your as an email from Google, but you can find it at anytime:

  1. On your mobile device, open the Play Store.
  2. At the top right, tap your profile icon.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions and then Budget & history.
  4. Tap Purchase history.
  5. Click on the purchase that you did not received and create a new ticket (http://support.rivalregions.com/support/tickets/new) with a link to your profile, time and date of purchase and GPA id (looks something like GPA.1324-8563-1722-49305).
